Course Description

LEGO® Serious Play® Method (LSP) is an innovative methodology that uses the power of play and the iconic Lego bricks to unlock creativity and enhance problem-solving skills in a business environment. This course immerses participants in hands-on, experiential learning, allowing them to explore complex concepts and develop strategic insights through playful exploration and construction. Participants will learn how to harness the LSP approach to inspire innovation, build stronger teams, and lead with greater impact.

The Programme Includes:
  • Introduction to the Lego Serious Play, theoretical foundations of LSP and its applicability to leadership.
  • Hands-on Lego building exercises to connect your creation to your targets.
  • Building a shared vision and aligning team goals.
  • Reflecting on what has been created and link to targets and goals.
  • Reflection and feedback to consolidate learning and insights.

Phase 1: The Challenge

  • The facilitator will pose a challenge to the group that will encourage reflection and dialogue.
  • The task given will serve the challenge that has been put forward by the group/leader.

Phase 2: Building

  • While building, delegates will assign meaning to their creations and create a narrative.
  • Reflecting on this narrative while building allows participants to gain new insights, knowledge and experience, catalysing new thoughts.

Phase 3: Sharing

  • After building, delegates then share the narratives and meanings behind their creations to each other.
  • This reflection is a vital part of the process, sharing with their peers and facilitator helps others reflect and build on their own narratives.
