Healthcare leaders will learn that good coaching skills are essential. The content will provide healthcare leaders with the tools and confidence to be able to coach their colleagues effectively providing continuous progression and development. Although the programme will be classroom-based the course will include a variety of interactive exercises, which require every member of the group to take an active role.
