In these challenging and uncertain times Leaders must remain resilient, calm and continue to inspire and motivate those they lead. This programme will focus on those leadership qualities and skills required to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty.

Course Description

This virtual programme seeks to examine how the environment impacts our leadership style and what strategies can be adopted in times of crisis. The final part of the programme will consider how through effective communication you can inspire confidence and a sense of connectivity in those you lead during these difficult times.
