The Executive Mini MBA Programme is meticulously crafted to provide senior managers and executives with a comprehensive understanding of critical business concepts and strategies. This condensed version of a traditional Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme spans four and a half days of intensive learning, followed by two additional Rediscovery sessions. Throughout the programme, participants will delve into core areas such as Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources (HR), and Learning and Development (L&D).

 

By focusing on these essential disciplines, the programme equips attendees with the knowledge and tools needed to excel in today’s dynamic business environment. The Programme Includes:

Day 1: Introduction and Strategy

The programme begins with an introduction to the core principles of strategic management. Participants will explore various strategic frameworks and tools such as SWOT analysis, PESTLE analysis, and Porter’s Five Forces. The day will focus on understanding how to develop and implement effective business strategies that align with organisational goals and drive competitive advantage.

 

Day 2: Marketing

Day two delves into the world of marketing, emphasising the importance of market research, consumer behaviour, and brand management. Participants will learn about the latest marketing trends and digital marketing strategies. The session aims to equip executives with the skills to create impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with their target audience.

 

Day 3: Finance

The third day covers the essential aspects of corporate finance, including financial statement analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Participants will gain a solid understanding of financial metrics and ratios, capital budgeting techniques, and risk management. It will emphasise the importance of financial decision-making and its impact on overall business performance.

 

Day 4: Human Resources (HR)

On the fourth day, the focus shifts to human resources management. Topics include talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning and organisational culture. Day 5: Learning & Development (L&D)

The final half-day session addresses the significance of continuous learning and development within organisations. The session will highlight the importance of fostering a learning culture and the impact of L&D on employee performance and retention.

 

2  Rediscovery Sessions: Integration and Application

The programme concludes with 2 Rediscovery Sessions at a later date designed to integrate and apply the concepts learned throughout the week. Participants will engage in interactive case studies, group discussions, and real-world simulations. The workshops will provide a hands-on opportunity to practice strategic decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills and give you a chance to reconnect with your fellow delegates.
