Cross-Cultural Communication

A well-designed course should be made mandatory for all team leaders, managers and administrators in the NHS. It was more participatory than I expected. The breakout rooms help in the honest sharing of information and experiences and this enriches the productivity of this course.

Psychological Safety

Good interactive session facilitating honesty and open discussions I think it’s created some changes in behaviour. I really enjoyed the course, it was so much fun, I felt like talking & discussing with friends. The trainer did an amazing job delivering the information & leading the session generally.

Motivational Change for Patients

I really enjoyed this session, loved the small group. It helped they were all people I knew and had were like minded. I liked the 10 min breakout to discuss with a variety of people to get different perspectives. Very useful and I'm keen to apply what I've learnt

I wanted to give some positive feedback and thank you and the team for supporting the PALS team in the recently delivered Handling Complaints training. The sessions were expertly facilitated and positively embraced by the participants. I really enjoyed the sessions and am looking forward to seeing the learning embedded into our organisation.
