Course Description

This comprehensive course is designed to help Doctors, Clinical Supervisors and Educational Supervisors to understand and support neurodiverse team members. Participants will understand how to support neurodivergent students, graduates and team members; understand the benefits these people bring to the workplace; supporting them pre/post disclosure, including ensuring they do not become isolated, and practical strategies for overcoming common barriers associated with neurodiversity in the workplace. Through engaging activities and real-world scenarios, participants will be able to support their neurodiverse workforce, ensuring all employees can thrive and contribute to improving patient care.
