Our fees for bespoke and tailored training programmes are based on the time and resource required to prepare, design and deliver each project. Our open courses are held at various locations throughout the UK. Often, company training / board / meeting rooms provide the venue for our tailored solutions or Maguire will be happy to source a specific venue in the shape of a hotel or conference / training centre for you.

How do you measure the success of training courses?	< Go Back
An essential part of the success of the training is measurement of the implementation of key skills and philosophies learned. Working closely with the project sponsors, we will agree a suitable method of benchmarking delegates against the desired behaviours or competencies prior to the delivery of any training programme. This will allow us the opportunity to recommend a suitable strategy for evaluating the outcomes of the programme upon completion. Our approach to the measurement and evaluation of the programme may include traditional or innovative methods, or a combination of both, that can be stand alone or easily integrated with your existing performance Management Training systems.
