Under this policy, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. This is called as a "Cancellation Period". Note that if you redeem your voucher during the Cancellation Period, you expressly request us to begin providing the course materials and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the course and get any refund for it.

In case you decide to cancel your purchase of a course, it can be done in following way:

  1. By filling out Cancellation Form and sending it via post to Cancellations Department, 20, B, Brunts Business Centre, Woodhouse Rd, Samuel Brunts Way, Mansfield NG18 2AH, UK or emailing the Cancellation Form to info@maguiretraining.co.uk

 

If you cancel the purchase of a course within 14 calendar days as mentioned above, we will refund you for all payments made as a part of your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day we accept that you are entitled to a refund. 

 

 


Payment:

A VAT invoice will be raised and sent upon receipt of your booking.

 

Payment is due within 14 days of the booking date.

 

Fees

The prices quoted are correct at the time of going to print. Maguire Training reserves the right to adjust fees as deemed necessary.

 

Discounts & Special Offers

Any discounts offered by Maguire Training will be for the stated programme and cannot be combined, except where a companywide pre-agreed discount has been put in place.

 

Substitutions and Cancellations:

If a delegate is unable to attend you will be able to nominate a substitute for the course at any time without charge.

 

You can also cancel, but if you do this within 30 days of the course start the full fee is still due.

 

Transferring a delegate to a later programme

A delegate transfer made 15+ working days prior to the same programme – Free of charge.
A delegate transfer made 1-14 working days prior to a programme will be charged 100% of the fee.
Transfers can only be used once.
If that transfer is then cancelled and/or the delegate fails to attend, the full programme fee remains payable.

Course Details:

Course materials and content are constantly reviewed and updated for improvement and whilst we reserve the right to amend the content and timing of courses we will keep you informed.

 

Venues:

We may have to change the venue and whilst we reserve the right to do that, we will keep you informed.

 

Terms & Conditions E-Learning Modules

 

Payment options:

If you intend to use the platform just for your own purposes then please select ‘Individual’. You will be able to purchase modules using a credit/debit card and can only use this method of payment.

 

If you are part of an organisation that has other people who may want to access modules then please select ‘Corporate’ and provide further details to set up this account and you will be invoiced accordingly.

 

If you wish to buy for your LMS then you must complete the registration process and provide the required information.

 

Modules can only be accessed by purchasing credits using the methods stated above.

 

Cancellations:

Once credits are purchased whether by an individual using a credit/debit card or an organisation upon issue of an invoice they cannot be cancelled or refunded.

 

Transferring credits:

Credits may be transferred to another person if that person is set up with a MyMaguire account. This can only be done by making a formal request to transfer a credit or credits to the system administrator at Maguire Training.
