Training Project
Working with the HR team, Maguire provided a suite of individual professional development modules that met the six primary needs identified by the training needs analysis. Maguire delivered six 'core' modules in Northern, Central and Southern Europe that sit alongside activities in Asia, Australia and America .
Training Solution & Result
Maguire developed six core personal development modules that met the needs of European based centres. Each course was written specifically for the European region and was piloted, and refined before final group delivery. Individual delegates attend the courses within the context of the Professional Development Certificate (PDC), which assesses the essential employee training and development needs identified as the key to continued professional development. The purpose of the PDC is to improve individual levels of performance. This is done by encouraging individuals to look at new ways of carrying out their job by one or a combination of the following:
- Identifying non-productive behaviour.
- Providing them with tools to change their behaviour.
- Introducing them to new concepts and methodologies.
The PDC consists of 'core' programmes, which must be attended by all delegates who wish to achieve the PDC status and non-core modules that are attended based on individual need and job role.
