Maguire Training Approach Model

Client Needs Analysis - The main aim of this meeting is to gather as much information as possible regarding the type and style of training or service required, objectives and timing, together with information on the business, its culture and people. Our Client Directors will be happy to attend further meetings to ensure the brief is fully satisfied.

Proposal & Solution - This is submitted for client approval, following which, information or lesson plans, course notes and support material are constructed in line with the training, business solution or event strategy and objectives.

Client Research - Generally, a Maguire consultant will visit the client company prior to training or an event taking place. Our objective would be to research quality information from potential delegates, which would ensure the content is relevant and a more meaningful experience is created.

Training or Service Delivery - Often, company training / board / meeting rooms provide the venue or Maguire will be happy to source a specific venue in the shape of a hotel or conference / training centre for you.

Measurement & Follow up - We strongly recommend that development programmes incorporate a means of following up key objectives to measure implementation and impact in the work place. We can advise on the most effective methods of maximising the learning process
