Accredited Training
All Maguire courses are run to the highest possible standards, meeting nationally recognised levels as determined by awarding groups and national governing bodies.
Specifically, Maguire are able to gain accreditation for any course within our existing portfolio or develop bespoke development programmes that can be put forward for accreditation.
Maguire are an approved centre for NCFE, the oldest awarding body in the UK. NCFE are regulated by the Qualification and Curriculum Authority (QCA) who in turn are regulated by the Department for Education and Skills (DfES).
Maguire courses meet the required standard to be able to gain accreditation at all levels across a wide range of skills, including Management Training and sales development programmes.

360-Feedback
360-Feedback is possibly the most powerful mechanism for breaking into the cycle of development and revealing an individual's key development needs. Carried out effectively a 360 can highlight previously undiscovered issues in a manner that leads to constructive development, instead of confrontation.
The key to undertaking the 360 process is total commitment and high quality feedback. All Maguire professionals possess exceptional feedback skills and are able to adapt their personal styles to ensure that every individual that undertakes a 360 is given the thorough feedback that this process demands.
We can then go on from the 360 process to construct and develop personal development plans that will enable each participant to pursue their own development goals with regular evaluation and support along the way.
About Us
Our Approach
Initial Meeting - The main aim of this meeting is to gather as much information as possible regarding the type and style of training or service required, objectives and timing, together with information on the business, its culture and people. Our Client Directors will be happy to attend further meetings to ensure the brief is fully satisfied.
The Proposal - This is submitted for client approval, following which, information or lesson plans, course notes and support material are constructed in line with the training, business solution or event strategy and objectives.
On Site Research - Generally, a Maguire consultant will visit the client company prior to training or an event taking place. Our objective would be to research quality information from potential delegates, which would ensure the content is relevant and a more meaningful experience is created.
Training or Business Service Delivery - Often, company training / board / meeting rooms provide the venue or Maguire will be happy to source a specific venue in the shape of a hotel or conference / training centre for you.
Measurement and Follow up - We strongly recommend that development programmes.
