At Maguire we have an excellent track record of delivering tailored training solutions at the highest levels to leading UK and international companies. Our programme of open courses builds on this experience and offers an opportunity to develop people in an environment where they can also meet like-minded individuals from other companies who are benefiting from the standards of training delivery that our 'in-house' clients have come to expect.
Accredited Training
All Maguire courses are run to the highest possible standards, meeting nationally recognised levels as determined by awarding groups and national governing bodies.
Specifically, Maguire are able to gain accreditation for any course within our existing portfolio or develop bespoke development programmes that can be put forward for accreditation.
Maguire are an approved centre for NCFE, the oldest awarding body in the UK. NCFE are regulated by the Qualification and Curriculum Authority (QCA) who in turn are regulated by the Department for Education and Skills (DfES).
Maguire courses meet the required standard to be able to gain accreditation at all levels across a wide range of skills, including Management Training and sales development programmes.

Recruitment
Too often recruitment can be characterised as a process in which 'eventually we shall find the right candidate'.
This approach is unacceptable to Maguire. Instead, we take the view that our job is to find the client one, two or three candidates for the position on which we have been briefed. The question for the client then is not 'which candidate can fulfill the role?', but instead 'which candidate do I want to work with?' because every candidate Maguire put forward will be equipped to undertake the role.
When our recruitment professionals undertake a bespoke recruitment project or executive search process they employ a wide range of tools aligned with the brief we have received. Often the use of profiling and psychometric tools help us to objectively assess a candidates suitability and in-depth behavioural interviewing then allows us to substantiate a candidates experience, drive and ambition.
Consultancy
At Maguire we believe that business consultancy is a tool - a means to an end. As such, it provides the client and Maguire with the opportunity to define their thinking on the key issues at hand and agree a plan for the way forward.
About Us
Our Approach
Initial Meeting - The main aim of this meeting is to gather as much information as possible regarding the type and style of training or service required, objectives and timing, together with information on the business, its culture and people. Our Client Directors will be happy to attend further meetings to ensure the brief is fully satisfied.
The Proposal - This is submitted for client approval, following which, information or lesson plans, course notes and support material are constructed in line with the training, business solution or event strategy and objectives.
On Site Research - Generally, a Maguire consultant will visit the client company prior to training or an event taking place. Our objective would be to research quality information from potential delegates, which would ensure the content is relevant and a more meaningful experience is created.
Training or Business Service Delivery - Often, company training / board / meeting rooms provide the venue or Maguire will be happy to source a specific venue in the shape of a hotel or conference / training centre for you.
Measurement and Follow up - We strongly recommend that development programmes.
