Investing in Quality
Maguire Training is an approved centre and holds NCFE's Investing In Quality licence, which is a facility designed to give formal recognition
to organisations' bespoke programmes. The licence is based on a number of Quality Statements which provide a quality assurance framework for
the development, delivery and evaluation of your learning activities. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to recognise your
training with national accreditation.
The licence allows you to accredit an unlimited number of courses or programmes and has 2 parts:
-
Part A applies to courses that result in the award of a certificate of attendance, completion or participation. These certificates are
produced by Maguire Training and approved by NCFE.
-
Part B applies to (usually) longer courses leading to the award of a certificate of achievement and evidence of learning. These
certificates are produced direct from NCFE.
The licence is unique to training providers like Maguire.
Quality Statements have been mapped to a range of standards; ISO 9001, Investors in People, EFQM, the Common Inspection Framework, Matrix
and Recognising and Recording Progression and Achievement (RARPA).
NCFE is recognised as an awarding organisation by the qualification regulators ('regulators') for England, Wales and Northern Ireland. The
regulators are the Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulator (Ofqual) in England, the Department for Children, Education,
Lifelong Learning and Skills (DCELLS) in Wales and the Council for Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment (CCEA) in Northern Ireland.
NCFE are based at Citygate, St James' Boulevard, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 4JE
