By the end of this programme delegates will be able to state the characteristics of an effective team and how teams are formed, in addition to taking away ideas on how to build the right team and get the most from them. MTA Kits use large panels, wheels, connectors and pipes during tasks and challenges that create activity driven exercises to reinforce key learning points. None of the theory is lost as this is woven into learning throughout the workshop.
