Development centres have applications for succession planning, strategic development and identifying training needs. A variety of tests and exercises designed to reveal the potential of each candidate. This will often be assessed against a pre-agreed competency framework and observed by internal and external assessors. An opportunty for delegates to attend formal and informal meetings and interviews. These can be done on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
