Outdoors Activity Centres

This programme will focus on more animated outdoor activity and be based at any one of a number of different centres throughout the country.

Day One: This day will be held in a local hotel and will cover the theory of teams and team working and a full Insights personality profiling feedback session.

Day Two: Predominantly outdoors, it will require individuals to be prepared to take a full part in team activities.

Warm up: A short series of logical and practical tasks conducted in small groups, providing the opportunity for teams to get into the swing of things.

Team Challenge: Larger and longer tasks in bigger groups, drawing on the experience of the previous phase, but with faster action and bigger equipment.

Finale: A concluding activity involving all participants and conducted in a very light hearted manner! This is the final chance to gain points and possibly accumulate enough to win the coveted top slot!
